The services will be started if they already arent. A subscription will be created. The distribution agent will perform the syncronization. Once complete you will see a confirmation as shown in Figure 14-42.
Successfully creating a subscription. Clicking the close button will take you back to the Create and Manage Publication dialog. We are done with this dialog for the moment, so close it. Congratulations! You have just created your first subscription and now data will begin flowing from the pubs database to the pubs_repl database. To verify this simply issue an insert, update, or delete on any of the tables in the publication. Then take a look at the corresponding table in the pubs_repl database. You should see the transaction you just performed reflected.
