The view menu as show below gives you the ability to switch views of the information.  The last four items allow you to scroll through the display and are pretty worthless since page up and page down accomplish the same thing.

Selecting the View | Object will display the dialog shown below.  This gives you the ability to select the table you want to display.

Selecting the authors tables brings up the display below.  This gives you a very handy look at the data in the table.  Be careful when using this as you don't want to grab a table with thousands or millions of rows.
