The configuration values for the server used to be accessible through a popup menu or a toolbar button.  They have now been moved into the normal hierarchy where they are readily accessible.  The best part about the config options comes from the last column.  I can never remember which options are static and which are dynamic.   This information is readily available within this screen.  Versioning information has also been added in this branch.

The figure below further demonstrates the usefulness of DBArtisan.  All object types that are selected will yield a list of objects with common properties in the right hand pane.  One of the biggest pains in Enterprise Manager is that you could create a backup device, but you never knew where an existing one pointed unless you attempted to delete the device or you queried the system tables.  Microsoft took a queue from Embarcadero in version 7.0 by providing this same information.
