Selecting the logins item will display all logins defined on the server, what type of login it is, default database, and whether they are a member of a server role.

Now that SQL Server has implemented roles, everyone is busy memorizing all of the roles and what each is used for.  You don't have to do this as DBArtisan provides all of that information to you.  This is also your starting point for adding users to a role.
