Any additional pertinent information should be stored here. This can contain network diagrams, server diagrams, scripts, etc. I normally attach a Powerpoint presentation and/or Visio diagram to my disaster recovery plans. The Powerpoint presentation is for a database diagram which lists the way the databases are allocated on the server. The Visio diagram normally depicts my server environment and network diagram.

The scripts that get included in this section are any custom scripts that are being used to generate portions of the recovery process. A good example is a script generator that I utilize on SQL Server 6.5 servers. This is a script written by Sharon Dooley that generates disk init statements for use in reconstructing your environment. The script can be found in the SQL Server script library located at http://www.swynk.com.
