Service Guarantees

This section outlines the maximum expected outage period in the case of each of the recovery scenarios outlined above. If outage periods are going to be exceeded, the person or people to contact and their numbers are also included in this section.

Technical Support

This section includes all of your technical support contact information. This is the manufacturer name, contact number for each piece of hardware and software, support ID number, tech support contact person if one exists, person to contact for approval in the event a paid incident needs to be purchased. In addition to that, this section also conatins the name, phone number, company ID, and contact person at your offsite storage location in the event an archive tape needs to be requested.
